Microsoft recently changed the way to change account settings in Outlook 365/2016. However, most shared hosting users should have SSL/TLS disabled in their account settings. Here is how to do it.
- Open Outlook 2016

Click File > Info > Account Settings > Account Settings

Select the account you want to change and click Repair.

Open Advanced options

click Repair

Open Incoming mail
- User name: Input your full email address
- Password: Input your own password
- Remember password: tick
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port:
- If using IMAP, port is 143
- If using POP3, port is 110
- Encryption method: None

Require logon using Secured Password Authentication (SPA): Uncheck

Click to open Outgoing mail
- Server: mail.yourdomain.com
- Port is 587
- Encryption method: None
- Tick My outgoing (SMTP) server requires authentication
- Select Use same settings as my incoming mail server

Click Repair

On next screen, click Done
- On next screen, Click Close
